Sharing Your Calendar:
1.) In the Calendar pane, click the Share My Calendar link.
2.) In the Message window, in the To box, enter the address for the appropriate individual.
3.) Click the Send button
Requesting Access to a Calendar:
1.) In the Calendar pane, click the Open a Shared Calendar link.
2.) In the Name box, enter the calendar name.
3.) Click the OK button, and then click the Yes button.
4.) In the Message window, click the Allow recipient to view My Calendar check box.
5.) Click the Send button.

This tip will help you protect your Microsoft Excel Worksheet.
1.) Click the Office Button, and then click the Save As button.
2.) In the Save As dialog box, click the Tools button and the select General Options.
3.) Complete the necessary following actions:
- Enter a password in the Password to open text box to keep anyone from viewing the file without the password.
- Enter a password in the Password to modify text box to keep anyone from saving changes to the file with the same filename.
4.) Click the OK button.
5.) In the Confirm Password dialog box, retype the password, and then click the OK button.
